DESIGN PLANNING

Establish the project team and collaborate with the owner to align on project vision, creating a strategic plan to source qualified design consultants.

Create the budget and schedule to accurately reflect the owner's goals, setting a framework for planning and decision-making.

Manage the design process by monitoring progress, flagging potential scope inconsistencies, and reviewing consultant billing.

CONSTRUCTION

Monitor construction progress with  regular site visits to track the general contractor's advancement and identify opportunities to expedite tasks.

Maintain the project budget and forecast potential cost increases from the design or construction team to help manage expenses effectively.

Review billing and change orders

to evaluate reasonableness, and provide input on pricing negotiations as needed to help control costs.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Oversee the permit process by coordinating approvals from zoning boards, environmental agencies, and utility providers.

Hire the general contractor after leveling bids, negotiating costs, and recommending the contractor best suited to minimize risks and errors.

Facilitate construction startup through monitoring RFIs and submittals, while proactively identifying potential on-site issues to address them early.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Oversee the filing closeout and monitor the team's completion of inspections, submission of documents, and acquisition of necessary approvals.

Finalize the project handover by monitoring the closeout checklist and tracking the collection of warranty and operational documents.

Submit financial reporting by providing the final budget and a package of contractor lien waivers to safeguard against future claims.

Sabrina Fisch

Principal, Real Estate

Sabrina Fisch is the driving force behind the Real Estate Arm of The Fisch Group. Prior to leading the firm, Sabrina gained extensive industry experience working with major companies such as JDS Development and Equinox. During this time, she cultivated a deep and well-rounded foundation in development and construction. She guided the delivery of landmark projects like The Brooklyn Tower and Equinox’s flagship social club, gaining a reputation for consistently driving value through meticulous planning, problem-solving, and collaboration. Sabrina cemented her early career at CallisonRTKL, where she spearheaded the design of Chanel's luxury retail spaces. Today, she continues to bring this blend of expertise and leadership to The Fisch Group’s growing portfolio of projects. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and certifications including CAPM and LEED GA.
